Meet and Treat

All new customers are invited for a free meet and treat session before any service. Here the pup can meet the team and explore the salon before any grooming takes place. We can also have a chat about your pets grooming needs. Please contact us to book.

The Barking Brew Menu

The Full Brew

Our signature full groom is intended for those dogs who require styling and clipping, the average time for these grooms is 2 hours but dependent on breed, style, size and age.​

  • 2 deep washes

The Espresso Express

Ideal for in-between grooms or after de-matting while the coat is growing back to desired length. 

  • 2 deep washes

The Quick Brew Cleanse

For dogs who just get extra smelly between grooms. 

  • 2 deep washes 

  • Blow-dry

The Cold Brew De-shed

The groom which your hoover will thank you for. Although we don’t always think it those short and long double coats still need regular grooming. To promote healthy skin and coat. 

  • 2 deep warm washed (not really cold). 

  • Conditioning treatment 

  • Blow-dry using high velocity dryer to remove excess hair. 

  • Brushing depending on the coat type leaving as little loose undercoat behind

  • Nail clipping 

  • Scissor styling if required (golden retrievers, german shepherds etc)

Pawdaccino

Nail clipping essential in keeping overall foot health and bone structure.

Ear Cleaning

Keep natural flow to the ear canal, some dogs will suffer more with their ears we can help keep on top of overall ear health to help prevent infection.

Glands

  • Offer external gland expression for those dogs who are a bit whiffy or constantly scooting their bottoms on the ground. 

  • Normal advice booking at the time of a bath or full groom to keep them smelling fresh and clean

The Hand Brew – Classic Hand stripping

  • Process of removing dead topcoat by hand to aid the natural hair cycle and maintain the correct colour and texture of the coat. Ideal for wire and silky coats.  Can be affected by age and hormones.

The Fancy Pants Brew

We are proud to say we offer show grooming, our two resident shop dogs are known for their green carpet visits. Show grooming is done to the breed standard of the dog. No we don’t know every breed standard off by heart but will put everything into learning it for your pups adventures in the ring.

  • We now offer show grooming for all breeds, we work with you and the kennel club breed standard for your pet to get them in tip top condition for any show.

The Puppaccino Wash

Ideal for introducing puppies to the grooming process and desensitising them to smell, sounds and touch.

The Mocha mat Fix (De-matting sessions)

Life sometimes just gets in the way we miss grooming appointments, the dog can become unwell and matting happens. The coat will be cut short in order for us to safely clip between the skin and the matted fur to remove it safely and keep the pup as comfortable as possible. 

This will include: 

  • De-matting 

  • Bath 

  • Conditioning treatment 

  • Brush 

  • Blow-dry 

  • Styling of any hair that can be saved (head and tail)

De-shedding mud masks
Benefits: clogged hair follicles, removes dead undercoat, removes loose undercoat
Packed with: Vit B3, Provit B5, Multiberry BSC, Sugar cane and Sugar maple extract.

Paw treatments 

Benefits: reduces redness, itching, discoloration

Itch relief treatment
Benefits: Soothes skin, reduces dry skin, hotspots and reduces itching.

Benefits: Removes all live fleas, reduces itching, soothes skin from bites

Benefits: Plaque removal, fresh breathe, more teeth the older they get

Benefits: removes tangles, reduce shedding, return moisture to the coat

         Packages

Pupaccino Package

Aka Puppy School which can be started as soon as they’re fully vaccinated usually around 3 months of age.

​

Stage 1: Meet and treat 

  • This involves a 15-20 minute session where you can bring your pup down to the salon to explore and familiarise their surroundings. It also allows you as the owner to meet us and ask any questions you may have about grooming and discuss what it best for your pup moving forward. 

  • There is also lots of treats involved!

 

Stage 2: 30 minute stay, play and learn 

  • Leave the puppy with us for  a 30 minute stay and play where they can familiarise themselves with being left. 

  • No grooming will take place but we will introduce the brush, nail clippers, clippers and salon noises to your pup with lots of rewarding treats.

  • If your pup is comfortable we can trim their nails and the hair around their eyes. 

 

Stage 3: Bath and brush

  • Pup will stay for a bath and blow-dry by this time introduced to all the noises before coming in 

  • Go at pups pace 

  • If pup will allow paws, sanitary face 

 

Stage 4: (Only if pup has managed with all previous stages we will move on to stage 4) Big pup hair cut

  • If pup ready first groom where all of stage 3 is completed along with a full restyling to required look 

  • Book regular grooming schedule in to keep pup familiar with grooming and prevent coatr from matting

The Calm Brew Package

Perfect for first time clients, rescue dogs, anxious dogs and older pups who need a little more guidance. This package is slow paced and filled with comforting touches to slowly introduce your pup back to the salon. 

 

  • Stage 1: Meet and treat

  • Stage 2: 30 minute session 

  • Stage 3; Repeat 2 or longer session 

  • Stage 4: Bath and blow-dy 

  • Stage 5: Full groom 

 

How quickly stages are done or booked in will be dependent on the dog
